E. McGinnis, Jr., J.D., P.C. was established in 1973 as a general practice firm
to serve clients with a need for all types of representation. The firm evolved
over the years to specialize in family law, divorce, juvenile, child custody,
child support, spousal support, post-judgment issues and criminal law.
With the addition of David J. Chiappelli in 1999 and Maureen M. McGinnis in
2003, the firm has grown, however, it remains true to its core values of
hands-on representation and building productive attorney/client relationships.
